主要职责:
1. 定期拜访客户,维护现有客户关系并开发新的潜在客户。
2. 搜集相关信息,了解行业市场趋势与需求,开拓和扩大市场份额。
3. 参加行业相关展会,搜集市场信息,与其他销售团队成员及管理层一起讨论制订销售与市场策略。
4. 学习和更新产品知识,提供技术支持,协助客户制定产品方案。
5. 负责完成项目投标、商务谈判、合同执行、货物配送,回收货款等各个销售环节的工作。
6. 通过内部部门间和客户的协调,做好售后服务工作。
7. 领导安排的其他事宜。


Job Description:
1. Visit customer regularly, keep a good relationship with existing customerand develop new potential customers.
2. Gather the relevant information, know market trend and demand in this filed,develop and expand the market share.
3. Participate in related exhibitions, collect market intelligence, and workout sales / marketing strategies in collaboration with sales team.
4. Learn and update product knowledge, provide technical support to customer,assist them in working out product scheme.
5. To be responsible for accomplishing overall sales tasks including projecttender, business negotiation, contract implementation, goods delivery andreceivable payment
6. To ensure a good after-sales service through coordinating with internaldepartment and customers
7. Other tasks assigned by the Manager


资格要求:
1. 专科及以上学历
2. 二年以上相关工作经验,建材行业经验者优先。
3. 具有良好的销售与沟通技巧,良好的团队合作精神。
4. 英语良好。
5. 掌握基本的计算机操作。
6. 有外企工作经验优先。


Qualifications:
1. College degree or above.
2. At least 2 years sales experience in relevant field, building materialsindustry is prefer.
3. Good sales and communication skills, good team spirit.
4. Good English.
5. Basic computer skill is required.
6. Work experience in international company is preferred.
