Key Responsibilities:


l Responsiblefor Managing Director’s calendar like meetings, travel,
l Draftand update whole year calendar including public holiday, MD holiday, monthlyRSD meeting, Annual Sales Meeting, exhibition APAC, and travel schedule
l Weeklyoperation meeting minutes, annual sales meeting PPT preparation and translationas well as interpreter during the meeting
l Coordinate& Communication and collection of monthly report with 3 factories and 17branches in China as well as 7 branches in Asia Pacific
l Responsiblefor routine document signature and distribution
l Asa liaison between managing director and other factory as well as sales branches
l Responsiblefor releasing purchasing order and non-standard sales price in system
l Responsiblefor organize company event, such as Annual Party, Annual Sales Meeting, Factoryopen day, Factory opening ceremony, Oktoberfest etc.
l Administrationsupport for company exhibition
l Incharge of office renovation and office moving work, including plan, scheduleand execution.
l Communicationwith Germany regarding to Annual calendar order and distribute to each branch,as well as BAU exhibition (in Germany) group arrangement
l Managingthe cleaning company and mineral water suppliers
l Managingcompany drivers (3) and arrange for customer pick up
l Responsiblefor company vehicles (around 40 vehicles), purchasing new car and selling theold car, all vehicle’s insurance
l Otherjobs that requested by MD


Position Qualification Requirement:


Education & Professional Background
Bachelor Degree or above.
Relevant Experience
Minimum of 3 yearsat executive secretarial level in a corporate environment. Exposure to a Sales& Marketing environment would be beneficial.
Language Skills
Fluent in Chinese and English. Additional German would be helpful.
OtherRequirement
1. Familiar with allknown Microsoft Programs, excellent skills in PowerPoint, Excel etc., goodcorporate background.
2. Friendly andwelcoming personality. Strong communication and organizational skills.Attention to details
