Key Responsibilities：
· Define and drive process improvement in teams
· Drive sourcing activities professionally (RFI & RFQ)
· Evaluate and improve the purchasing/procurement process
· Manage supplier contract negotiation
· Evaluate supplier performance and define improvement actions
· Actively define and work on savings together with R&D, Planning, QC and Production


Position Qualification Requirement：
Education & Professional Background
Bachelor Degree or higher education level in purchasing, mechanical engineering or related field
Results driver, Smart solution provider, mechanical or manufacturing background
Relevant Experience
5+ years’ work experience / Work experience in international company
Expert Knowledge in Purchase/Procurement, Value stream evaluation
ERP-System design and handling [SAP], MS-office software [Excel, Word, PPT]
Language Skills
Chinese: native speaker, mother tongue write and speak
English: fluent, read, write and speak (be able to participate English conference call)
Other Requirement
